Sites in Nelamangala are approved by Nelamangala Planning Authority

Nelamangala, a region situated on NH 4 towards North Bangalore approximately 27 kms away from the city centre. It is a Taluk Headquarters of Bangalore Rural. The place is in demand owing to its good connectivity to the city centre. It takes only thirty minutes from the city centre to reach the Yashwantpur flyover. It takes another ten minutes to reach Nelamangala from the flyover.

The Main occupation of the people of Nelamangala is making different Handicraft items and incense sticks which are developed as cottage industries. Nelamangala has a busiest street called adepete which is one of the busiest spots and is the only marketplace for all food products. It is basically a village which is being developed into a residential locality and to be a part of Bangalore Rural and the Flats are being introduced in almost all extensions of Nelamangala.

Most of the sitesin nelamangala are authorised by the NPA (Nelamangala Planning Authority) and thus buyers find it a safe option to invest in. The rates see an upward trend due to increased demand and limited supply. The concept of apartments is still limited to the central parts of the city. Even today many home buyers search for land to build their own houses. Thus there is a huge demand for residential land. High land prices in city places have compelled buyers to search for other options. Nelamangala offers this option.

Thus with the high price of appreciation, Nelamangala offers a good option for buyers who are on the lookout for land parcels to construct homes and provides a good investment opportunity.
